The Sprint Team

Getting the right team is basic for the success of your Design Sprint.
make sure you have a good mix of personalities. At least get a good mix with some of these folks:

- Explorers: the lateral-thinkers, the creators and virtuosos, the crazy ones.
- Analysts: the process-oriented ones, the subject matter experts, the real-thing ones
- Sentinels: the team-builders, the empathy masters, the connectors

If you don't know about personality types of your team, make sure you take the 16personalities.com test with your team to secure a good balance of personalities.

What is the perfect team size?
A stable team with a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 7-8 for a good flow during the 3 days. In addition you can get a few experts and users to join the session on specific timings.

Sponsor / Decisor

Our sponsor / decisor is the one that will guide in case of roadblocks or conflicts towards a clear direction.

DESIGN SPRINT TEAM

You are the team that will take the decisions and design the solution through the process. Make sure you have people committed to the challenge and some experts in the field to address. In order to prototype you might need some UX designers if you aim for web/app prototypes.

FACILITATOR

He will make the process flow and make sure we arrive to our final goal. He will be the Mediator, the Diplomat of the Design Sprint Team.
